ok here goes first wash your hands , then place foot on side of bath or get in a position as if you were going to put a tampon in next insert finger or two your cervix will either be in one of three places

low so easily reached at the entrance may feel like the tip of your nose , medium not quite so easy to reach or high can hardly reach it at all ( fingers all the way in ) ad may feel soft like your lips

if its soft like your lips anf high can hardly reach it then your at your most fertile so get dtd if its low , medium and hard like the tip of your nose your not fertile
