Question

When should I start counting my dpo?

I need advice. This is my first cycle I used opk. I had 3 strong positive ovulation test this month. If I count from the first day of positive ovulation test than today is 10 dpo, but if from the last it's only 7dpo. The question is when should I start counting my dpo from the first day of positive OT or from the last? Thanks in advance

i will get light lines that show up early in cycle them fade away- then gradually come back when I get my positive surge. Keep you opk tests and log them so you can compare cycles and find your pattern.

If not taking temps to confirm a date, count O day as the day after ur first positive OPK. Any positive after, doesnt matter.

I would go from the date you saw the strongest line on your ovulation strip. I use to use the strips but found them a little unclear so I have being using clearblue digitial ovulation tests and they are so clear and less confusing! x
