Question

Can your hcg levels fluctuate during the day to give mixed HPT results?

I have had several faint positives and several (what I would consider) negatives within the same day using the same brand of HPT. I chose the First response 6 days sooner tests and started testing 5 DPO (I know it's early). I've had a faint positive each day around noon and any other time seems to be a negative results. Am I absolutely crazy and seeing Evap lines or can this happen in early (really early) pregnancy? Each result was read within the proper test time frame (2-5 minutes) I ovulated on day 18 or 19 of this cycle and am 10 DPO. I'm 3 days away from AF. Ugh.

Hi, I had a faint positive 6 days before I was due. Then I found Clearblue Digital. I tested and it showed pregnant 1-2 weeks. I'm now 5 days late and def pregnant even the blood test I did on 27 Aug showed positive, that was 3-4 days before I was due. Just do the digital test and you will get your answer dear. Good luck

If you can be brave hold on to the day AF is due if hopefully it doesnt arrive do a test in the morning for the most reliable results. I too would recommend clearblue digital. Keep us posted!! x

Thank you very much. I feel like I'm going crazy. I'm 8 weeks post M/C (and my quant tests were negative weeks ago) so it's very emotional for me! I'll try the digital. :)
