Does epo shorten your cycle ??
I usually have a 5-7 day cycle.... The first two days are very heavy.... The rest are fairly light.... I started my cycle on 8/31 late evening it was fairly heavy that night and part of the next day. Then yesterday I used only two tampons all day and got up this morning to change it it was completely empty.... I don't know if it is due to the epo or if my cycle is just acting wonky.....so I had like a 3 day cycle. Any input ? ?

EPO can alter af becuz it can alter estrogen levels (somewhat), but, if u weren't taking it last cycle when ur lining was being built, taking it now won't affect how much is currently being shed. That was determined last cycle. Know what I mean? Personally, I've never noticed a different with it but have seen some women have it mess up their cycles quite a bit.

I just started taking it at the beginning of this cycle.... So I'm not sure what is going on with this one... I can't ever remember having a 3 day cycle. Even when I was on birth control pills ?? I don't know if I am just stressing too much, but my body has been acting crazy the last month. I was expecting this cycle to be really bad with all the cramping I was having before AF. Oh well... guess I should just be thankful and move on lol
