18dpo, AF 3days late, spotting & lower ab cramps, never had spotting before so wondering if norm
3rd pg, 1st was ectopic, 2nd was full term now a teen. wasnt trying but got into my head now that I am as I'm never late, done few HPT from 11dpo as impatient up too 17dpo (2 days late) and all BFN! all tests been 10MIU except one CBD. so my question is, is spotting normal at 18dpo and is it possible that I am pregnant as with 1st all tests were BFN even bloods but after they double checked HCG levels that was high. 2nd PG day AF was due i did test and got BFP. so now im confused and as that was 15 years ago I cant remember every little detail. have appointment friday but im worried now incase another ectopic as pains are really strong.

thanks for reply. Thought AF had arrived last night as had more than spotting when wiped was bright red, but it was only while wiping. so been keeping eye as it went back to just light pink/brown mix but only when wiped. pains not so bad today could actually move about unlike yesterday.
I have appointment tomorrow to get tests done and checked out by nurse, will mention all of this to them and see what they say.
Wasnt sure if it could have been implantation bleed with it being after AF due. 2nd PG i didnt have anything other than i knew i was pregnant feelings, my friend had morning sickness and pains for me (sorry again friend LOL)
Thanks again Wildflower73, will let you know how tomorrow goes, going to try not do test today myself and wait till tomorrow for them to do them instead.
