Ovulate early?

My period started on August 21, and yesterday I was having some cramping, left side only. This morning theres still some slight cramping. According to Ovia, ovulation isn't due until Friday. FF says its due Thursday. I don't know if either of the dates are correct as I've just went off BC. I know before my second daughter, my cycles were anywhere from 21 to 35 days. On the BC they regulated to 28 days, so I don't know whats going to happen this cycle! Have I ovulated already? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
