21 day cycle and im unsure when i would recieve a bfp if i was in fact pregnant!

i have a 21 day cycle...
i have polycystic ovary syndrome however not serious as yet to start causing havock with my periods.
my hubby and i have been ttc for just over 2 years now.
i have had my large share of downs with this...however i think this might be my month.
i started reflexology and taking all the right vitamins aling with hubby..
charting my cm and temp...
my cycle started 9th of aug...ovulated 11/12th of aug...
i am now on cycle day 25 (wednesday) 14dpo! and no sign of af coming.
i tested on 10dpo (ordered more tests online as i ran out)
my 10dpo (i think) shown a very faint line.
but i understand my hcg levels may not be high yet due to my short cycles?
so when really would be a complete safe bet to test given my short cycle length??
