3 Years (37 months) TTCing and no BFP

Good day ladies,

I joined this forum in late 2013 and gave up in late 2014 and just got back this month of August. Me and my hubby have been TTC with no success.

In May this year, my gynaecologist diagnosed me with an ovarian chocolate cyst. I was operated and the U/S now shows that my womb is clear unlike the first time he did an U/S.
I was put on pills (Triphasil) for prevention for the June and July because my operation was not fully healed, as he made a big opening as if I was having a C-section.

Last month (August) was our first cycle trying with the help of Fertipil as a booster as my gynaecologist prescribed it. Unfortunately AF showed up yesterday, but im not really sad about it coz it was our first time trying after my operation.

Is there anyone who got BFP after a procedure of Ovarian chocolate cyst and after how long?
