Some bright red bleeding 9DPO yesterday, went away, a little more this morning, none since.

Yesterday when I got home from church I had some bright red streaks when I inserted my finger with TP into me (TMI, sorry... but I like to check out my CM). I was 9DPO. It never came onto just "wiping" but it lasted on and off bright red smeared in CM. Went to bed, had NONE... not a drop up there when I woke this AM. Second potty break, I had some again.... but have not had a drop since... It's been about 7 hours since I had some in my CM. I also kind of have similar CM to EWCM but not as stretchy.

I know this could be implantation bleeding, but I had similar color bleeding/breakthrough bleeding last month that started 8DPO.... it was more consistent for two days before it got heavy. I figure maybe my progesterone levels were low, so I tried progesterone cream this cycle...

Do you think it could be IB since it is stopping? Or would you assume early AF like last month and that the progesterone extended my LP by one day?
