Not at 4dpo it's not possible, our bodies don't know we are pregnant then.
It's probably ovulation symptoms. Those are very common.

Progesterone rises after ovulation and can give you pregnancy symptoms like nausea, etc. best wishes.

I absolutely experienced early nausea before, both with my dd and a baby I lost last year. I am currently pg and didn't experience nausea until around what I assume was implantation, but I did have breast tenderness, which is not a normal pms symptom for me. I know it wasn't in my head as I wasn't ttc and was unaware that I'd ov'd late, which is the only reason I even fell pg. With my ds, (first full term pregnancy), I didn't have nausea, but did have early symptoms of extreme thirst and frequent urination. As someone who peed maybe 3 times in a 24 hour period on average, that was definitely new. I did have one episode of nausea in the first few days with him, but it wasn't consistent. Again, we weren't ttc at that point (were planning on starting with my next cycle), so it wasn't in my head. I can't explain how or why it has worked out that way for me, but those were definitely my personal experiences.

I am 13dpo and I'm not currently feeling sick but i definitely did feel sick a few days after ovulation. I can't remember exactly which days but it's on my chart. I never actually was sick but I felt quite light headed and had nausea in waves throughout the day. I got a BFP two days ago so it can happen. Good luck
