dull throbbing in my lower right abdomen - is this normal?
I have this weird twitching dull feeling in my lower right abdomen (best way I can explain this). It's not painful just more annoying then anything. To me, it's similar to when my body ovulates. I'm a little over 6 weeks pregnant. No bleeding or anything to really concern myself with, just not sure. Is this normal? Luckily I'm going to the doctor for my 1st appointment tomorrow so I'll be sure to tell her about it, just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced such.

I am 5wks2d today and I am also having all the twinges and slight off and on pain. Mostly in the right lower area . I went to the ER and they said everything is fine and my pregnancy was progressing normally. But did notify me that i have a corpus luteum cyst on my Left ovary. Apparently part of pregnancy . I hope all is well for you.

What did you find out about this pain you were having? Did you take a home preg test and it was positive? Did you end up pregnant? I have pain on left side and its not painful really but I know its there. It bothers me most when sitting or laying down. I'm on cd 36 and not sure when I ov. So not sure whats going on. Thanks
