Headaches in early pregnancy

So I am 7 weeks pregnant and on average I get two really awful headaches a week. I don't want to take medications, I've been staying hydrated, trying to sleep, and using lavender and mint essential oils. My questions are: has anyone else suffered from really bad headaches early in pregnancy? What else can I do?

I had headaches with my first pregnancy. It is totally normal with all the hormone changes. I took Tylenol which is safe during pregnancy, but they should go away as your pregnancy progresses and your body adapts to the changes :)

I suffer from severe migraines. During pregnancy I used ice packs around the back of my neck and forehead. It didn't make it go away but definitely eased it some.
