Pregnant or not

Long story short I am 25 have these beautiful kids I also have my tubes tied for over a year now my period is always on time and pretty heavy this month I had a bloody nose and I only get that when I am preg so I took a test it was neg then went to doc about a week ago as I was also late on my period the blood test they said was neg but didn't say the number about 2 days ago I started spotting very light thought my period was coming but they stopped and then did the same thing today any chance I can still be preg? On pretty worriesd
