Question

On the pill...but I think I could be pregnant!

I started taking birth control in July. My period came July 20th. I had unprotected sex during and after my ovulation date where my boyfriend didn't pull out. The problem is that I didn't always take the pill at the same time or would just forget to take it!! I got a very light period on August 17th. Haven't taken the pill since then. Now my breast are sore- especially my nipples, I have nausea. I'm tired all the time and I pee every 5 minutes! I took a pregnancy test earlier this week but it was negative. Could I be pregnant????

It could be possible that you are pregnant. But the hormones from the pull could also be really messing with your cycle. I say wait another week and then test again. Good luck

I recommend getting a pregnancy blood test. If indeed you are pregnant you need to discontinue the birth control pills ASAP and start progesterone supplements to avoid a miscarriage. Best wishes.
