Question

11 weeks pregnant & pinky/brown mucus on toilet paper

I am 11 weeks pregnant today. I have zero cramping, no uncomfortable feelings in my abdomen at all. Last night I went pee & noticed on the toilet paper there was some pinky mucus on it, it happened for about 10 minutes off and on. I kept going to the bathroom and wiping just to see what would happen. Then this afternoon, it started again.. This time it was pinky/brown mucus on the toilet paper and has happened off and on for a couple hours. I called my Dr and they said if I'm not feeling any pains or cramping along with it, it sounds like it's normal.
This is my second pregnancy but nothing like this ever happened during my first pregnancy.
Anyone else experience this? Any information would be awesome!
I'm sure it's not a miscarriage because I'm not in any pain at all.

Try taking it easy to be on the safe side. Make sure you're drinkinh enough fluids. I had a weird pain at times with my dd. It wasn't intense, just uncomfortable. I opted to sit out on going to the gym, bowling, and a few things I wouldn't otherwise be concerned about. I ended up having placenta previa, which isn't too scary if you're careful, but can do some real damage if you lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk or do anything too physical. I was on partial bed rest for several weeks. One weekend, I thought I was fine to hold my friend's newborn (sitting down) and do a little put putting. I woke up Monday with pink spotting and had to go in for a scan. All was well, but I was really careful from there on out. It's likely fine, but safest to err on the side of caution, in my opinion.

I just woke up to pee, to notice there was a little blood in the toilet this time and not just on the toilet paper... Still I have no pains or uncomfortable feelings.. My Dr doesn't seem to want to give me an ultrasound, I actually haven't even had one yet my first one is on the 8th which will make me 12 weeks :S

Personally, I would seek a second opinion and go to the ER.
