My chart

Would someone be able to look at my chart please and see if it looks ok. I am now late for my period and tested bfn yesterday. What are the chances of being pregnant. I vomited twice this morning as felt very nauseous and by 5pm I am super tired for the past 3 days. Apart from that I have no pms symptoms which for me is a headache a week before my period starts. Thank you
