Confused symptoms ttc #1 after dne

Hi alll...this is my first cycle after a mc in mar at 2 n a half weeks and d n e in may
My symptoms are sooo confusing...right aftrt BD my nipples swelled and my right abdomen had pulling n tugging feeling
Turns out pulling n tugging might just be slightly swollen uterus and hence on antibiotics right now..no bfp yet ..af due on 1st sep
Nipples still so swollen...throat so weird refuses to gulp anything.. even water...and slight pulling on and off
I dont knw wat to feel
If anyone is going through or have gone through smthing similar ..then pls share
Give me hope
