Baby aspirin can help increase blood flow to the uterus and also any kind of progesterone supplements can help support the early development of an embryo. You can get progesterone cream over the counter but other forms (suppositories, pills, etc) you need a prescription for. There are also different vitamins you can take. Unfortunately all of these options should be started a week or 2 prior to ovulation or at the lastest at ovulation. At 8dpo already there's not much you can do. For the most part if you are healthy and have a strong, genetically normal fertilized egg in there it will stick.
