Have you had implantation cramps? How soon after did you get BFP?

Hi, I am 11 or 12 dpo, bit of confusion as to ovulation as I was using clear blue digital and got high fertility, same day afternoon I tested positive on a boots ovulation kit. Next day I got a peak fertility on the clear blue. So either 11-12 dpo. Anyway last night that was 10-11 dpo I had mild on and off cramps on my right side pelvic region at night. Never have cramps before af starts. I did some research and read about implantation cramps. Have any of you had it? Did you get any bleeding or spotting?Also how soon after can you test and did you get a bfp? I haven't had any bleeding or spotting yet. The cramps are still there but very mild and on and off. I also had a terrible headache last evening. I feel bit bloated and my breast seem bigger or fuller but not really sensitive. Not sure what to think! So scared I will get my hopes up only to be greeted by af!! :(
