Positive opk during AF?!?!?!

Hi everyone.
This is our second cycle ttc after coming off BC which i had been on since having my DD 5 years ago.
My first cycle was exactly 27 days which is what it was before. This month however AF arrived 4 days early at 10dpo. I had a positive OPK on cd 13 which is when i usually O.
My AF has been very red for three days now and far too much to be IB. I have done a HPT to double check and its def a bfn.
Today i have had a massive breakout on my chin which usually happens when i O. Out of curiosity i did an opk which cane back pos. Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on? Is it because ive just come off the pill 2 months ago?! Has this happened to anyone else?
