When you have ovulation bleeding does it mean you are ovulating right that second?

I was just curious because a few days ago this happened around the time I was expected to and shortly after (few hours after TMI I wiped and found cm with a pink tint) I had cramps including mild back pain. Since then I have had on and off twinges and mild cramps and I am now 3dpo.
