Hi, if you took the morning after pill as per the instructions on the box then it is quite unlikely that you could be pregnant. Pregnancy and pms symptoms are very much alike and when you are stressed they can seem identical. Why not wait a few days and do a pregnancy test if your period is missed. Also if you are not interested in getting pregnant it might be wise to use birth control in future. Consider getting the implant, oral contraceptive or use a condom. Take care!
