What is this feeling?
Ok. So. I'm in a confusing position and I will try and make this as brief as possible. My period has been MIA for three months. No sign of coming on. I have been experiencing symptoms of pregnancy. Got three faint positives at home a week later blood test negative. (confused) but still feeling symptoms. My question is I am experiencing something and I don't know what is causing it. Since three or four days ago I have been feeling this dull almost cramping sensation above my pubic bone that is almost always accompanied by lower back pain. Does anyone know what this is or experienced the same thing?

Hi, please see doctor, if your period is missing for 3months and your aren't testing positive yet then it's really unlikely that you are pregnant. I have heard of ovarian cysts causing false positive pregnancy tests so that is a possibility. Please don't ignore your health, get your cycles checked out by a doctor. Either way you need to find out why your period isn't coming as scheduled. Take care and good luck!
