I feel like a pest but could use some advice

I'm about 11 dpo give or take had some cramping around 1-4dpo and a few others and then they all went away so I thought I was out with a bfn on 9 dpo but today IV had some cramping kinda by belly button and a little lower at time and a little lower back pain and I know it may sound weird but the back of my left thigh has been cramping and hurts to walk I guess what I'm getting at is has anyone had anything like this and it ended in a BFP period is due on the 15th
