Pregnant with coil !???

Hi all I'm a bit new to this but basically I have the copper coil and have had it for just over a year now I noticed the other day that I had a brown discharge in my knickers I've looked online and everything is saying about implantation I tracked my period and I actually had intercourse on my ovulation day I am due my period next week but have never had spotting before a period can anyone help please ????
