Your hcg levels have to be below 5. You will have a period 4 weeks after they have gone to 5 or below. Have you taken a pregnancy test to see if it's negative? Everyone is different and it depends if it was a complete mc as there may be left over tissue. I had a d&c and my period arrived 5 weeks after. Good luck x

Yes, it is natural. I had a very early mc on the 23rd May and period came 3rd July, wasn't expecting it to be that soon. Unfortunately I fell pregnant in July and miscarried also so am waiting for my period to show again. Take time to heal and wait at least 1 cycle to try again.
