Question

What should I do now?

My cycle lengths are on average 29 days.

LMP was July 4. No AF yet. It should have arrived on Aug 2. I charted temps and until 4dpo it looks good and I am convinced that ovulation occurred on CD 14 because I had EWCM, 3 temps going up after that but from then on temps have gone bad and they are now scattered below and above cover line. I was sick during 4-8 dpo and have been taking Nyquil and Dayquil that time. So do not know if temps are disturbed because of the sickness and medications.

Since 10DPO testing BFN with Wondfo one step test strips.

Is it time for FRER or just AF being late?

Could this be annovulatory cycle?

Very disappointed

This sounds similar to my previous cycle... I'm typically a regular 29 day cycle but had a very strange one last month. I didn't temp, but I did use my CBFM. It didn't give me a peak reading even though I noticed EWCM on the few days prior to when I was supposed to O. I assumed I either missed my LH peak or had an annovulatory cycle. I tested after 10DPO with wondfo - all BFN's. I used 1 FRER the day after AF was supposed to arrive but hadn't - also BFN. Turns out with whatever crazy thing happened this cycle, I didn't get AF until CD34 and it was super tame. I personally feel like I either ovulated way later or had an annovulatory cycle. Good luck to you!!
