High progesterone level & spotting bright red, can I be pregnant?

Hi ladies

I have 26 day cycles and my temp drops just before AF and I normally spot with a brown colour just before AF arrives.

I had a Progesterone test done on CD22 (3 days ago) and the level was the highest result, result has to be between 16-60 and mine was 60.1 and my temp is still nice and high.

Sorry tmi, last night I had some bright red spotting when I wiped then it went away and this morning the same thing. According to FF I am 11DPO and Ovufriend I am 9DPO.

Could it be implantation bleeding or is AF arriving a few days early?
