All in my head or is something up??

This is our 2nd month trying and last month I really got my hopes up thing every little abnormality was a symptom. However, I had disabling vertigo/dizziness and naseaus this morning and all day. I believe I ovulated Atleast within the past 5 days but couldn't be exact. This seems super early to be having such intense symptoms but I don't know what else it could be. Anyone else have these symptoms so early on??
