Progesterone cream in early pregnancy??

This is my first month of trying progesterone cream to treat what I thought might be an LP defect- a 9 day LP... I had a CP last month that I suspected was due to this even though I had increased my LP my two days last month with B complex and added B6.

I got pregnant this cycle (YAY!!) and I started Progest Cream this cycle too....coincidence?? So should I up my dose now?? I've been taking 20mg every 12 hrs...I was never formally diagnosed with a progesterone defect but I'm afraid I'll miscarry if I DO have one and I don't up my dose....thoughts?
