Question about my +OPK and AF
Question I had my first +OPK on CD 20 and again yesterday CD 21 and today i also got a positive. So my question is when do i start counting my first DPO? Also I am due for AF next week on 8/6 does that mean that it gets pushed out another week. I'm usual a 29 day cycle. Any input helps. Thanks.

Yay for more room to type. I tried explaining it on ur test, but theres not enough room. Ok, so u should attempt to O 12-48hrs after ur first positive...first positive, not last! The median would be 24-36hrs and thats roughly where most O. Taking temps would confirm when/if O happened, but w/o that, I would assume O to be on the 24-36hr mark, so usually the day after ur first positive. Tbh, stop testing once u get a positive. The tests after will tell u nothing that u dont already know (surge) and most likely cause stress as to why theyre still positive. Just my opinion, but todays test is not positive. If u lighten the image, u can clearly see the test line is a bit lighter than the control. As for AF, if this surge produces an ovulation (u can surge and not O), then u can expect AF to be later as well. The luteal phase (length from day after O to day before AF) should stay within +/-1-2 days of ur norm, every cycle.
Good luck! =))
