Question

temp question

K guys so I've been temping for a while now and usually set an alarm for 2.55 am to take my temps. I usually sleep from 11/12 till 2.30-2.55 and then take my temp.
Now lately I've been a little more restless but have been lucky that it didn't mess up my temps. Now this morning it did.
I woke up at 1am, I forced myself back to sleep but I woke up again at 2 and had to pee at that point. So I took my temp. Which was only on an hour of sleep and half an hour early. So then I went to pee and fell back asleep until my alarm at 3. And took another temp on an hour of sleep as well. Which one should I use for my chart? 2am or 3am? I know neither are perfectly accurate but which one would be better?

Both are garbage, ditch 'em!

You need a minimum of uninterrupted sleep of 3 hours before take a bbt temp to chart it, also how come you are waking so early? It's best to take your temps before you get up to start the day and you've had a decent nights rest, waking yourself up in the middle of the night will throw your body clock out and make your temps unreliable anyway. I say throw out both temps and start again next cycle as it sounds like you are not giving yourself enough time to be completely rested. Good luck
