Question

Lingering HCG or Pregnant After D & C?

I'm wondering if I am pregnant again or have HCG leftover from my recent miscarriage. I found out I had a blighted ovum on June 24 with over 33,000 HCG. I decided to have a D & C done on June 26. At my follow up appointment on July 15, my HCG levels dropped to 10. I also noticed EWCM that morning. My doctor told hubby and I there's no need to wait and we can TTC as soon as we are ready. We DTD from July 15 to the end of that weekend and every other day since July 18. Last night and this morning I saw the faintest faintest line on my Wondfo test. Could this be a new pregnancy or leftover lingering HCGs? I plan to retest tomorrow morning, but I'm just anxious to hear from other women on their thoughts of my situation or if they had a similar situation. I'm trying not to be too excited in case i'm not pregnant, but it's really hard not to be hopeful.

It really could go either way, don't get your hopes up, but don't completely dismiss the idea either. baby dust xx

You're right leejayy it can go either way. However, the faint line has faded a little and still no sign of AF. As of today, it's been 36 days from the date of my D & C. I just hope my cycles get back to normal soon!
