Ovulation pain but neg opk?

Today I have been getting the most awful pain in my ovaries from one side. To which I thought was ovulation pain. Took a test and its negative? BD anyway just in case but CB monitor just coming back with no smiley? This happened to anyone before?

Yes, me! Trust your body!! I had ov pains 5 days before I finally got a smiley. Good thing we BD'd on the day I thought because that was definitely when we conceived (based on when I got my +HPT, scan dates, etc).

Thank you for your comment. I've got a flashing smiley today but defiantly still got the pain. Glad I've gone with my body hopefully end up with BFP :)
