Could I be pregnant?

I was due for my period on the 14th and had super light bleeding that only lasted two days. I had light brown discharge on the 16th and have since then been incredibly nauseous, exhausted (I had to take a nap today which turned into a 4 hour sleep), I'm extremely moody, frequently peeing and my nipples seem a bit darker than usual. My tests are negative, could I still be pregnant?
