am pregnant?

I have had stomach cramps full stomach n back pain, gas constipated frequently peeing tired headache dizziness nausea just feeling blah I have irregular periods n only bleed two days can't remember when how do I tell when I last ovulated and how I can tell I'm pregnant and if I sound like I'm pregnant
