Im so confused that im getting scared..if that's normal

Like it says Im so confused. so im late two days and this will be the third I did have sex once on the 6th and I believe day before or two days before I O'd cause I noticed the cm was very stretchy and clear-ish . I took a cheap hpt and was neg today. im like ok. what I don't get is why I still have a lack of normal af symptoms. I don't think I can ever recall not having any in the past times I did have her. anyway what I do have is still my whole body itching, nausea maybe once a day or not at all. my body temp through out the day goes up and down and I literally do nothing but stay home. cant sleep a full five hours without waking up. I get hungry and feel I can eat a lot but then I eat half plus i have very light pulling.cant call them cramps cause they dont feel like them but something is going on in there..idk whats going on. never experienced something like this and only had sex once this time. :(..
