How can I increase my chances of pregnancy after a year and a half of negative results??
Me and my husband have been trying to concieve for a little over a year now and we've had no luck. We really want babies but every time we try we get negative results. Were 21 and 22 so idk if should be concerned yet considering were both very young. But I don't know what else to do. I'm kind of giving up hope. Plz give me some advice I would appreciate it!!!

Use this calculator to help you decide when to take your first home pregnancy test.

Make sure you are getting the timing right using OPKs and start charting your temps to confirm if and when you ovulated. Take prenatal vitamins and a men's vitamin for your husband. Improve nutrition for best quality eggs and sperm. Make sure you are taking fishoil, vitamin D, and a vit B complex. Have you done any tests yet? It might be a good idea to do a HSG to see if your tubes are open and to do a semen analysis. Your dr might want to check your day 3 hormones and your progesterone one week after ovulation. Have you tried pre seed ( sperm friendly lubricant)? Hoping this helps some. Best wishes.

I would skip all the home remedies and trying everything under the sun and see your ob first to run some tests since it has been over a year. I got married at 22 and thought I was still young so we waited 3 years before getting tested. Turned out I wasn't ovulating and my hubby had a very low sperm count. It then took another 4 years to have a baby (through ivf) and I wish I hadn't wasted so much time when I was younger. If your ob doesn't find any issues then by all means try the opks, charting, preseed, soft cups, diet changes, exercise, vitamins, etc.
