I have been telling first my GP and then the doctors at the fertility clinic that I have PCOS but because my blood test do not show it clearly, they dismiss it. I am 39 now, and I was diagnosed when I was 24 in another country. I even went to a specialized clinic 6 years ago, where they told me that to get pregnant I would need help.
Well, after a year of trying to get pregnant, the past month doctors found my cysts with a HSG test, in one ovary I have 11! and recommended IVF. We set the date for October, so I could take time out from work, but meanwhile the doctor say that I could take clomid 50 mg and keep trying. So this is my first month with it, and I have been testing + (I am 14dpo today). Very excited, but afraid that something is wrong...

Hello! If you're still looking, I also have PCOS and am on Clomid, in addition to Metformin. I've had a previous ectopic pregnancy, have rare regular periods but do not always ovulate so it took me a while to get diagnosed. I'd love to buddy up and share symptoms, and hopefully successes!
