Help could I be pregnant

I dtd on 5th July and think I ovulated on either the 9th or 10th of july on the 16th of july woke up to pinkish discharge (tmi) but only when I wiped and then nothing night before had pains on left side when lying down and diarrhea and now have had sore throat, constipated, nausea and was sick yesterday constant headaches that come and go and frequent peeing, has anyone gone through this as done a test today and it was negative think it may have been too early just really need some friendly advice I already have a 10 year old daughter and have ttc for 4 months
