Lower back pain, intense cramping for a few minutes?
I've been having unprotected sex for 9 months, no pregnancy. We aren't actively trying but not preventing either. My last period was on 7/3 (AVERAGE CYCLE: 23 days). We "did the deed" on 7/7 7/10 & 7/18. (the online ovulation calculators put me at around 7/12 for time of ovulation---could be wrong though)
Anyways, I've been having lower back pain that started around 7/13. I also noticed a tiny dark spot in my underwear when I went pee. (I don't think i could've implanted that early) The lower back pain is still here and today is 7/19. I also noticed intense cramping around the 16th like AF but only for a few minutes. There has been some cramping and twinges in my lower abdomen but that seems to be all.
Could it be pregnancy?
