progesterone suppositories
I wait 15 min after I insert it to let it melt... but it seems to take a REALLY long time time melt. An hour after I inserted it this morning I had to do #2 and most of it came out and was practically whole. :( ugh. Any ideas to help me get it to melt quicker so I don't keep losing it? Should I be pulling it out of the fridge a bit before I insert it? Everyone told me those suckers melt fast so stick it in right after taking it out of the fridge, but apparently mine are special. :/
Thanks! Hopefully someone has more experience with these than I do.

Hello! I've been using them for about 4 months now. The trick is to wait for it to come to room
Temp a bit, shove it in as FAR as you can (the applicator mine came with never worked, every time I pulled it out, the suppository would come with it) so I use my finger. Then clench your muscles to make it stay, and try to make sure you stay laying down for at least an hour after. Sounds like you might not be getting it far enough up to stay and melt. If it isn't deep enough, I too have had it come out the next morning due to it not melting thoroughly. This is when I learned to ditch the applicator and let it warm up a bit before insertion. Hope this helps! :)

deccruise, yes mine is made my a compound pharmacy. I'm glad to hear you don't have a melting problem! No, I haven't had any spotting with mine. But are yours pink or white? Because I heard the ones that are pink people are mistaking for spotting when its just the progesterones color.
