Vitex good or bad?

So I met my infertility specialist today and I LOVE her!!! So seems to want to do what's best for me and not what will get her them most money. After watching my next cycle for possible hormone imbalance. I will have fibroids removed. I'm suppose to start taking Vitex so I wanna know EVERYTHING about it.

Chaste tree (vitex) is a strengthening tonic for the pituitary gland. Daily use of the tincture of berries (1 ml 2-3 x daily) is known to increase progesterone and LH. All good things when trying to regulate cycles and TTC.

I took vitex and it caused my cycles to get longer as soon as I switched to saw palmento and liquorice root I have been ovulating. Good luck hope it works for you.
