Question

Ovaboost......has it worked for anyone?

I've been pondering over the Ovaboost vitamins from Amazon to use on this cycle. I have not been diagnosed with PCOS (have insulin resistance, cysts on ovaries) still but were on month 7 of trying, I have regular cycles but not 100% sure that i'm ovulating every month. it says it's great for women over 35 and women with PCOS. i was just wondering what you ladies thought about it. thanks in advance!!!!

I took it for 8 months and stopped it a while ago. I find it expensive for what it offers - and this is the case for all Fairhaven Health Products. If you read up on the ingredients of ovaboost you will see that it contains substances that can easily be found and taken by themselves as separate supplements. You don't need to take ovaboost in order to get those supplements. I found that I am better off buying those ingredients separately and taking them in the doses that work for me. For example myo inositol. Ovaboost contains it but in very small amounts that aren't sufficient for women with PCOS. Go to your Healthfood store or online and buy what ovaboost contains and you have flexibility with dosage and better prices.
