Going crazy here

So...I'm 20dpo and kinda freaking out. I just took out my mirena on june 10th and guess i was in the middle of my flow at that time. i never knew when it came because reduced/no flow was a side effect. i just assumed that AF was visiting. now i'm expecting her to visit sometime this week and she hasn't called. I've had a bad sinus headache all week, tired, gassy, nausea and now slight cramping (as if my bladder was full). took an hpt at 14dpo, 16dpo, 19dpo and today. ALL of them came back negative.

I don't know what to think or what to do. HELP
