I agree, you need medication. All of the morning sickness advice out there and recommendations to get rid of nausea only works for women with mild, and I mean very mild nausea. All the advice about about making sure to eat small frequent meals, drinking ice cold lemon water, eating saltine crackers, sucking on preggo pops, drinking special tea, eating ginger, wearing sea bands, eliminating offending odors etc etc will not work if you have moderate to severe nausea and vomiting. For those of us poor souls (myself included) who puked all day every day (sometimes 20 times/day), you need real medication. Not sure where you live or how other countries do things, but in Canada the go-to med to try is Diclectin. If that doesn't work there's other medications your doctor could give you to try, namely Zofran. I really feel for you. It can be debilitating. BUT the one thing I can assure you is that IT WILL EVENTUALLY GO AWAY! Remind yourself daily that you won't feel like this forever.
