16dpo...negative hpt 14dpo and very antsy

So...I'm 16dpo and kinda freaking out. I just took out my mirena on june 10th and guess i was in the middle of my flow at that time. i never knew when it came because reduced/no flow was a side effect. i just assumed that AF was visiting. now i'm expecting her to visit sometime this week and she hasn't called. I've had a bad sinus headache all week, tired, gassy and now slight cramping (as if my bladder was full). took an hpt at 14dpo and came out negative. now i'm antsy and wondering if i should wait to take another and how long.
