HCG LEVELS & ECTOPIC
I am four weeks had my HCG taken on Wednesday (due to them having concerns) and it came back at 600. Had bloods done again this morning and it has not doubled, but tripled and come back at 1970! Which is a huge increase.
Has anyone had the same or know why its tripled, would this happen in an Ectopic? TIA x

What concerns do they have? Do you have any symptoms that could be concerning ... severe pain, bleeding/spotting??
Increases are good. It's only when they don't increase by at least 60% that it gives cause to be worried that the pregnancy may not be viable.
You are pretty much at the threshold for seeing something on ultrasound. Ask them to do one.
