Does anyone know of a good app for tracking vitamin intake?
I use My Fitness Pal, which tracks a handful of nutritional intake, but I'm looking take in all of my necessary vitamins through actual food sources and not a multivitamin. MFP doesn't track essentials for pregnancy such as folic acid, omega 3, or vitamin D. I've yet to find an app that functions similarly to MFP, but with an extensive vitamin list.

I'm not sure of an app that does that. It's recommended that all women take a prenatal vitamin prior to conception and throughout pregnancy, regardless of whether a balanced diet is followed. I do agree with you that it's best to get the majority of nutrients through food, but even if you have a great diet, it might prove challenging and time consuming to keep track of vitamin intake for the common 12 vitamins, 6 minerals, and other supporting nutrients, plus trying to eat enough of each food to get all the nutrients you need. I just thought I'd throw that info out there in case it's something you hadn't considered yet. Best of luck in your ttc journey.
