I am RH negative. We had a miscarriage and months later we got pregnant and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I know how hard it is and how lost I felt...but don't give up!! Prayers to you!

Being RH negative is treated with Rhogam injections during pregnancy and after birth. If you are receiving these shots there is no risk for miscarriage because of your blood type but you can still suffer miscarriages for other reasons.

I am not, but my older sister is Rh negative. She had one successful pregnancy, then miscarried her second baby in the second trimester, but she went on to have two more successful pregnancies after that - she has three strapping 20-something boys. Since your doctors know, you'll have the injections, and be fine. I know it takes bravery to go again. She was in the hospital for a while with transfusions - it was very frightening - but they went in with their eyes open after that (they clearly didn't run the blood tests then, but it was a while back).
